Susan has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years. She spent five years as the National Director
of Structured Settlements for American International Group. Her responsibilities included training claim
departments on how to identify, approach and conclude settlements using periodic payments. She currently
develops and services major National Accounts, is directly involved in negotiations and settlements of personal
injury claims, and provides training to various claim divisions.
