Post-Settlement Services

Assist in preparation of settlement documents - The Mangelsdorf Companies will assist in preparation of all closing documents through our post-settlement service staff.  Draft documents, expert advice and assistance are provided by our in-house counsel. 

Review of closing documents - settlement agreements, judgments, transfer of ownership documents and trusts.  Qualified assignments and transfer of ownership requirements are completed and submitted by our staff to all parties for review.

Annuity policy - is received from the life insurance company, reviewed and distributed to all appropriate parties.

Permanent Records - key closing documents are permanently retained in the Dallas Home Office to provide a base for future service requests such as change of address, beneficiaries, name changes, etc.

All settlement related services provided by The Mangelsdorf Companies are held in the strictest confidence. Future access to our closed files is permitted on a need to know basis for the original parties only.
